Deep-Offshore Signature Bonus Payment
GRA successfully provided advisory services that led to the payment of a signature bonus in excess of USD 200 million for a deep-offshore asset in the Gulf of Guinea.
Commercial Project Evaluation of a Deep-Offshore Asset
Following exploration, a deep-offshore asset proved commercially unviable because of the poor proven reserves discovered vis-a-vis the cost of field development. GRA developed an economic model on a risked-basis, taking fresh fiscal terms into consideration, thus proving the asset’s commercial viability.. The asset is presently being considered by an IOC.
